Refund Policy

Returning an item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (this doesn't include the outer envelope/parcel the item was sent in).

If you would like a refund for a product please return the item within 30 days to this address:

11 Hollies Road, Wilpshire, Blackburn, Lancashire BB1 9NA.

Please include your name, address and proof of purchase (such as an order number or printed email confirmation)in the parcel.

Refunds will be processed within two weeks of the item returning to me. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
It is advisable you return your item tracked as I can't be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.

Personalised items
I'm afraid I can not offer refunds for personalised items.

Damaged items
If your item is damaged or defective please contact me immediately with a photo of the damaged photo and your order details. I will then be able to process a replacement or offer a refund if a replacement is not available.
